If you have the reciets from the engine rebuild and the rest I would fight with her insurance to give you back all that money. Sorry to hear about the car. Good luck finding a new ride.

It sucks that it happened so soon after getting it back.
But, it really doesn't look that bad from the picture, the real question is how bad it is on the inside of the engine bay and on the frame. Keep us posted on what insurance does.

I will most likely end up leasing a honda/jetta for 2 years and hopefully have enough money then to own a mustang. Ill try and get some pics of the damage unfortunately when i got out of the car i was really out of it and wasn't really able to do alot, the police took care of most of the paper work and pictures.

There is a meme with a person named Bad Luck Brian. In other words it looks like this.

But the MCA is the Mustang Club of America and you can get X Plan Pricing on new vehicles from Ford. A guy in our club recently walked out with a 13 5.0 for 21,000 when it was listed at 30,000. They also give you other incentives. I'm not sure how typical these prices are but that is a huge difference.

x plan pricing is good, but I call bull on that, unless it was used or blemished in a major way.

It may have been a used 2012 but I did overhear that it was listed around 30,000 it may have been more around 28,000 listed price but he said himself he got it for 21,000 out the door. This is also in Ga for what it's worth.

Update: Insurance company confirmed today that the car is a complete loss. Unfortunately they were unable to get an odometer reading on the car, therefore they have not appraised it yet. Will keep you guys updated as soon as i get more information.
