Default 2010-13 DDIN radio

For those of you looking to add an aftermarket radio, I have found the solution! Basically I bought the metra 5826CH touch screen kit with the radio on the lower part and a/c up top. I didn't like it too much, so a local shop called Cartunz actually modified it to have the a/c on the bottom like it should have been. They also painted it silver to match my car. Also they custom built a box for 2 12" W6 JL subs. The radio is a Pioneer P4400BH. I know most people's issue with scoshe or metra is that they put they radio right behind the shifter, and I tried it out that way, and like everyone else, I didn't like it! I just thought I would share this with everyone so that you know it can be done and if you live on the treasure coast I highly recommend cartunz.

That looks so much more stock and I love the look. Looks clean!

Very nice. I assume you had to do some cutting of the structure inside the dash to get the HU in there otherwise it won't fit. Metra and Scosche only offer plug and play solutions so don't put the HU on top.

Yes there is some minor relocation work to be done. I say minor because its only two small bars that hold a module that can be moved out of the way. The two metal bars do have to be cut. I left just before I got to see how exactly cartunz did it though. I searched these forums for a while and saw a whole lot of "can't be done" just thought I would share my delight in their wrongness haha

Thank you so much. You have made my life. I can't view the picture though. Someone help me out with that? It says the administrator and something with permission.
