My window tint is scratched like something terrible... I've heard Ford started putting felt pads in the 08+ models. I'm looking into buying said OEM felt pads instead of moleskin, but I wanted to make sure you guys with 08-09 cars don't have any scratching on your tint before I get mine re-done.
Sooooo, does anyone with an 08-09 have scratched tint? Thanks!

I have an 06, and used the moleskin method but the florida heat destroyed that quickly. It wasn't all that successful either, I then switched to the 08+ weather strips as you mentioned and I get an occasional scratching sound still.
Dirt/debris gets in the track regardless, and even though I hear scratching sounds pre-moleskin, using moleskin and the new weather strips my tint still looks good and was put on in 07. (had the car since 05)
I think at the time, they were about $45 a piece for the strips and much better than putting moleskin on IMO. My exterior strips are faded and haven't decided if I want to drop the $130-140 on the pair of those yet..
