If the tires are in good shape I would buy them. Just new tires are alone $800+ so 1000 is a pretty good deal if they are in as good a shape as they look in the picture. I'd start out offering like $800 and see what he says.

i bought the wheels.
10" rear 8.5" fronts
with 275 255 tyres...
damn heavy 20 inch's though aye? cant be good for the car all that extra weight..will look lovely though as they have a nice deep dish
haven't fitted em yet...need some right size spigot rings.
i'll take some proper piccies once polished and fitted tomorrow
