I think I have an inferiority complex with my car

OP - your car looks fantastic. I will admit that the original pic it was plain jane, but you've done a great job with very tasteful mods. I'd say if you want to keep modding it, do it. Someone here on the MF once said something like "when you buy a car, you are buying a snapshot in time" and I try to keep that perspective.
If it were mine, I'd say add some rocker panel stripes, lower it and ride on brotha
wait...I looked again... I'd add a billet upper and lower grille, paint the bar you have (that rollbar looking thing) the body color and extend the white stripe to the top of the windshield and the bar. but that's just me...I want my stuff to look custom.

Well in all actuality, there is nothing I can see from your sig that would even catch my eye, unless it were totally shined up. Make it yours, make it unique. My GT is actually the first car I've owned that I'm not really overly worried about performance at all.

In my 02 GT I was constantly comparing her to other mustangs, and then adding to her originality. Now in the 12 5.0 I look and say "mine is nicer" there are a few things I want to do to her but not much, I just love her so much! The only thing that can compare to my baby is a Shelby.

I can't believe that I'm saying this, but I actually agree with Diva...
The problem is that you have some great performance mods, but those are nothing that anyone will see (typically), but you are judging other cars on appearance mods - which you don't have many of based on your sig.
Your car is ANYTHING but "Plain Jane", it's just that it's beautiful on the inside. Kinda like a fat chick...

This might sound weird, but I feel like I have an inferiority complex with my car...in other words, I'll see other cars around and think they look very nice, but then look at my own car and just think it looks plain/unnoticeable. It just doesn't seem like there's anything about it to grab any attention appearance-wise,
There are times where looking plain/unnoticeable is a significant benefit. Trust me on this point.
You've already done more appearance-only stuff on your Mustang than I will likely ever do on mine.
