Is it possible that the low beam elements are burned out and the bulbs just need replacing?

Alright, I have checked all the fuses, relays, and even the wiring harness behind the switch. Nothing still no lowbeams and fogs at the same time. The only thing I can think of is that either the switch is bad, or I have a bad ground. Does anybody know where the headlights ground in these cars?

And are your high beams working (just in case you're mistaking your high beams for lows...)?

Yes, when the highs are switched on, the blue high beam light is displayed on the gauge.

Do your low beams work without the fogs on?

White05gt, no, when I turn the switch to the symbol, with the "p" just the marker lights turn on. If the ignition is on, and I pull the switch out, the fogs turn on. If I turn it one more notch, I get the brights, and the fogs turn off. Which from what I understand is normal.

All that sounds normal. What I'm wondering is if your low beams work fine WITHOUT the fogs being turned on.

When the brights are on....does moving the turn signal switch towards front or back of the car change the headlights from high to low?

In the "p" position, you only get the marker lights and fog if switch pulled....that is normal. Almost sounds like you are not operating the high/low switch properly.
