Default Can you remove racing stripes from hood, roof and trunk?

I'm purchasing a (used obviously) 2007 V6 Pony Package on which the previous owner added two big silver racing stripes that run from the front bumper, hood, roof, trunk and rear that I just don't like. They are decals, not painted. The car is black.

Is there a way to remove them safely without a) disturbing the paint and b) not showing any fading that might have occurred as a result? Or would the whole car need to be repainted?

Attaching pic so you can see what I mean.

Thanks!

I have used "RAPID REMOVER Adhesive Remover for Vinyl Wraps Graphics Decals Stripes" and it worked well.

Thanks, Lawrence. How long had the decal/stripes been on your car before removing, and what color was your car and the stripes? I fear that anything that is removed from a black car might show as faded.

What was the method for removing the decal for RAPID REMOVER (by hand, machine, etc.?)

sure, they can be removed. you may want to use a hairdyer if it becomes difficult. some adhesieve removal may also be needed when finished. you may see some fading, depends on how ling they've been on. good luck!
