Two questions, What is the exact size of these wheels w/ offset? And I have been try to find out what is that piece above the rear window is? Nobody seems to know where it is from! Thanks for the time, and a private message of price wouldn't hurt at all!

To clarify the exact size of the wheels in the very first pic in this post. I am aware you have multiple sizes. I think these look great, and would probably want to copy the owner of this car style on this one!
