I placed a special order for a 2014 Mustang V6 Premium Convertible at my local Ford Dealer and it says the DORA was processed on 5/14/13. My company offers X-Plan discount, and with the $2,500 in rebates available, I just couldn't resist the substantial savings from MSRP. Now, have to just be patient for 8-10 weeks.
Welcome and congrats on your order, Vegasrph98! Be sure to PM me with your dealer’s name and order number so I can track it for you.

Just checked my email, there was one from Ford for the $750 private cash! I asked for a brochure a few weeks ago, havent received it yet, but I did get the $750 voucher. Now, can I combine with other current Ford offers? Right now, there is $2,000 retail cash + $1,000 lease conquest cash (for any non-Ford owner). If I can, I will be getting $3,750 off my XPlan price!

How can you get the $2,000 rebate? From the Ford website, the disclaimer says "Take retail delivery from dealer stock." If you're ordering, then it's my understanding you don't qualify for the rebate.

According to my Ford Dealer.....in about 30 days, the Mustang will have a VIN# and a STOCK# which will represent his dealer stock. Even if the Mustang isn't physically on the lot by 7/8/13 (when incentives expire) we can "lock in" the incentives and wait for car to arrive. My feeling is that it will be at the dealership end of June, but it doesn't look like it really matters as long as you have VIN# and STOCK#

The wait time is the hardest.. Ordered my '13 GT Vert in June of last year, and the wait till the end of August was a killer.

Hmmm...maybe I need to think about ordering a 2014 for myself! Do I want the GT or the Shelby...

The incentives + XPlan (if you can get it, will save you about $2,000 or more) make the deal really good. Since I have a Non-Ford lease, I was able to get $1,000 Lease Conquest + $2,000 Retail Cash PLUS......the $750 Private Cash from Ford Brochure. All-in-all, about $5750 off MSRP

Here she is! Came in about 1 week early, and I snapped some quick iphone pictures. The dealer is going to install a remote start on the Mustang, so it had to stay at the dealer until Monday. I was able to take it for a few hours, then had to drop it back off again.
I ended up getting $3,750 in rebates/incentives off the Xplan price which made this a great deal. Big thanks to GAUDIN FORD in Las Vegas, NV for taking such good care of me thru this whole 2 month process. I am very happy with the Mustang Club of America Pkg, Sterling Grey and Saddle Leather......just looks great.
