New look looks great, I don't know what the hell is wrong with people doing stuff like that!

Aww, man, that ugly scratch made me cringe and skip a heart beat! The new look is great though. And I agree with the death penalty. Or you should be allowed to shoot them.

Thanks guys. I enjoying shooting for something different. It seems like everyone with aftermarket hoods are going with the supersnake or KR style hood.

I still have no idea how the damage was caused. A friend of mine works for the state, and he had a senior forensics expert from the department of defense look at some pictures haha.

He came to the conclusion based on limited information, that it looks like a vehicle with a small utility bed or trailer that was fairly light (because it didn't puncture the hood, but dented it). He said that it looks by the dust that it may have been carrying rocks, possibly limestone. What's odd is that there are maintenance golf carts with small utility beds, but they sit too low to hit where it hit. My friend said that they had put in new rocks about the same time as when that happened. I dunno...

It does look good and I totally dig the blackout approach. I don't want to be a downer here, but won't the aftermarket hood lower the resale value?

Eh not really worried about resale as I'll probably look to keep the car.
