Thanks guys. I enjoying shooting for something different. It seems like everyone with aftermarket hoods are going with the supersnake or KR style hood.
I still have no idea how the damage was caused. A friend of mine works for the state, and he had a senior forensics expert from the department of defense look at some pictures haha.
He came to the conclusion based on limited information, that it looks like a vehicle with a small utility bed or trailer that was fairly light (because it didn't puncture the hood, but dented it). He said that it looks by the dust that it may have been carrying rocks, possibly limestone. What's odd is that there are maintenance golf carts with small utility beds, but they sit too low to hit where it hit. My friend said that they had put in new rocks about the same time as when that happened. I dunno...
