Turtle wax polisher

bc it sucks as already stated. just buy the porter. your talking to people that really take care of their cars and are only going to suggest quality tools. My experience with cheap was crap.

I have one. Don't buy it.
1) The power cord is ridiculously short and is a two prong plug. With the cord (and extension lead) over my shoulder it falls out when I take slightly longer passes.
2) It is better at waxing than my hand, but polishing? It couldn't get any swirls or blemishes out, it was just too weak. The car did get complimented by passers by, but while I worked, I found things that I'm sure a DA polisher would've made short work of. You won't ruin your paint with it, that's it's saving grace, I guess.

Found this at HF. Never used it but it has good reviews. Just another option.

Porter cable is the standard around here. Definitely worth splurging on. Got myself one last Christmas along with plenty of other car goodies to use with it, and haven't looked back. As a matter of fact I just polished and waxed yesterday with it, still love it to death, would always recommend it to any car enthusiast.

If you want to do any paint correction or polishing, it will literally stop spinning when you begin to apply pressure. This is why it cost $24.00.
Porter Cable, Meguiers, GG, or any real DA polisher will probably make you happy. I have the Meguiers now and love it. I used the Porter Cable for almost ten years prior & loved it as well.
Besides, once you actually get a decent DA in your hands you will see that it's more about technique than tool.
