Arrow GT500 track pack Struts, Shocks, LCAs. Would they be an upgrade to my v6 ?

A friend of mine is selling me his gt500 parts for cheap

struts + shocks + mounts + lower arm controls from the 2012 gt500 track package.

would this be an upgrade to my v6 ?

My suspension is stock, and in the convertible, it's bouncing like crazy.
I was origninally going for koni STR + steeda springs & steeda LCAs, but he is selling the whole package for rather cheap.

so I was wondering if I could just buy the steeda springs or maybe even keep stock and do a budget-upgrade while keeping money for other mods

LCA, maybe, but even those still suck.

shocks and struts aren't very well valved for any spring that isn't stock height.

upper strut mounts are of course, okay.

Plus those springs and struts are set up to hold the weight of the 5.4 motor, waaaaay heavier than your v6. The front of your car might sit higher than the back. Skip the parts.
