Default 2014 v6 manual.. where??

It is impossible to find the 2014 v6 manual mustang anywhere. Do I have to special order? If I have to special order, can I still haggle on price?

Yeah, the v6 manual is a rare bead. I think I just lucked into mine. I don't see many for sale and if they are, they're bone bare stock, no options. You can special order one and you can always haggle on the price. How far out have you looked? Maybe your dealer can swap another dealer for one. Also, are you looking for any special options on it? Whatever you do, don't get the auto. These cars are so much more fun with a 6MT.

The dealer where I bought my 2013 has several 2014 V6 mustangs with a manual transmission.

I bought my 2014 v6 manual from Lance Cunningham Ford in Knoxville, TN. They have a huge selection of Mustangs, but mine was the only v6 manual that wasn't a base model. They're really hard to find, but most dealers will be willing to track one down for you. And like MustangInTexas said, don't settle for the auto. The manual trans really makes this type of car.

check autotrader and use the manual transmission option. You'll find a couple.

Have you tried Fords dealer inventory check using your zipcode?
Depending on how far you are willing to drive, just google the zip for other towns within that range of travel.
I have no idea where this is in relation to you, but I found a 2014 V6 Premium at O'meara Ford, in Northglenn CO 80234, another at Mike Naughton Ford, in Aurora CO 80012.
So they are out there if you look, and are maybe willing to drive a little, ohh and finding those two took all of 5 minutes, so good luck and have fun with the new car.

Thanks guys for the comments. I should have been more clear, most of the v6 manuals I can find are premium models. I am strictly searching for the base without anything extra model. Autotrader looks like a good deal though

Dealers here in Las Vegas, NV have a few. They are RARE. Now, they do seem more common in the GT models. If your dealer can "locate" one for you, it will save time vs built to order (6-8 weeks)
