Panhard bar does NOT adjust camber. You have a solid rear axle. You can NOT adjust the camber on the rear of these cars (unless you're really determined and bend your axle tubes and put in a LOT of extra work) and lowering them will not affect rear camber, only the front. A panhard bar centers the body over the rear axle. An adjustable one allows you to recenter the body after lowering it pushes the axle to one side.
