Was at lunch today with a co-worker who asked me what was wrong with my hood. I've never noticed this before but its obvious to me now that he pointed it out. Look where the sides meet the fenders...
Any way this can be adjusted? Is this a problem that some have from the factory? 2 years of ownership and I've never noticed it until today.
My stock one did that and the cervinis I have now does it. Not sure what the fix is, you can try adjusting the rubber stops by twisting them like a screw under the hood.
I'd just leave it alone, but perhaps that's not for you. If you want to do something, first check to see how the fenders line up with the doors. It could be a fender issue, not a hood issue.
Its a Ford, lol. This and my last mustang had a lot of sloppiness in the body panels..
That did come too mind after posting this.
Not too worried about it after seeing all of these responses. I'll take a look at the latch this weekend and also at the passenger fender to see if it is misaligned.
