Just placed my order for my 2014 Mustang v6, manual, base in black.

Excited!

Can't afford it, the insurance or the gas... only 19 here. V8 insurance was a doooozy.

MPG on the V8 is virtually the same as the V6 just with more power

Ahh no kidding? I honestly never looked into it because the car price and insurance price are more than I can afford. Maybe when I'm older the v6 can be my project car and I can get a GT for my daily driver.

Congrats! Had no idea you could still get a new Mustang for under 20k, very cool.

I'm surprised too, this will leave me with lots of extra cash to spare so I can throw on an aftermarket exhaust essentially right when I get the car.

Or supercharge the sixxer if you don't mind having less long run power potential with it vs a V8....

Cant believe they can be had for that cheap.. congrats

But looks like you're going to be another one of those cases of buying a v6, wanting to throw every mod at it and eventually realizing you should've got a v8. But i'm sure you'll still enjoy that 3.7

A low mileage 2011 5.0 can be had for about $20k. But some prefer power, some want brand new, etc.
