If you plan on running auto-x...I honestly think an intercooled centri would be your best bet. The Roush has issues with heat when romped on a lot at the strip and you'll be running it just as hard if not harder on the course. Just something else to think about. Maybe look into "Killer Chiller" to keep temps down.

I am thinking of the Roush TVS for 575 HP though I can't do this untill spring.

I'm partial to the Whipple, but you really can't go wrong with any of the choices in this thread.

I am currently in the process of totally revamping the suspension so I don't think grip on the street would be an issue...Even with a roots or twin screw style SC. But everyone tells me the best blend of street and strip performance comes from a centrifugal supercharger. How much truth is there to this? Any help is appreciated, I'm definitely a noob when it comes to this.
This is a great kit which makes very usable power across a broad rpm range:

hmm i had not seen this kit or considered it, it looks unique and good though...

I wonder how it compares to the frpp whipple , roush, etc.

it reuses the stock air intake? Wonder if it would work fine with aftermarket intakes.

also, anyone have thoughts on the magnuson supercharger for the 5.0?

I would go for the Centrifugal set up especially a Paxton it's a larger head unit, large intercooler and makes great power from mids to redline and if you have gears then it's down low as well....Let me know if you need anything else we have them at great prices!

All this time I've been buying parts from you and I didn't even know you guys were an E-force dealer.

If I'm not mistaken, the Edelbrock blower, as well as the Roush, and several other bolt on kits use the same TVS2300 rotors. I don't think standard aftermarket CAIs would bolt right on, but it would be very simple to adapt them.

I'm full of surprises! Actually, we have a '13 GT that we were talking about putting an E-force on. I'm not sure where we are with that.

I know we just bought a '13 GT500 TVS blower for our '09 GT500. That should be fun.
