Default The wife's new '14 V6

Picked up this grabber blue, MCA package car for my wife a few weeks ago. So far got an Airaid cai, Bama tune and some window tint.

They have really come a long way with the v6's. that really looks nice! Is your wife going to let you mod it any further or does she roll her eyes at you when you talk about adding this mod or that mod? lol

Thanks y'all, and Nah she's fine with it. As of now I plan on doing longtubes and 3.73s for sure, but I don't know what else. Maybe that N.O. Plate kit when it gets released.

Such a clean car... always loved that color. The v6's look better than ever.

But my curiosity is why buy a brand new v6, then modify it to squeeze a few more ponies out, when you could've got the V8 for a bit more? You can't use gas mileage as the excuse cause squeezing more power = less MPG

Well I have a '13 5.0 with bolt-ons, nitrous etc. This car is just the exact way she wanted her car to be though. Wasn't about the gas mileage either, my coyote gets 30 on the freeway typically. And I had no intention to mod it aside from a few appearance things originally, but it seems to always work out that you need just a little more umph. By no means am I thinking that it will ever be considered 'fast' though.

unless your supercharge it or trade it in for a 5.0....

hehe kidding it's a slick car. not everyone needs 420 hp. but buying 305hp and wishing you had 420hp is enough to drive you crazy
