Default Fuel pump won't turn on?

So there is a problem I have been having for the last few weeks that has become more and more common. I try and start my car and it cranks and cranks but won't turn over. We replaced fuel pump. We checked some fuses and relays. No helpful codes. It's not the PATS. There's plenty of voltage at the fuel pump plug in. gonna tow it to dealership Monday. Talked to a tech and he thinks it some computer electrical problem. the fuel pump does nothing when I turn the key. No sound no moving no whing. Almost as if it's not plugged in. Which it is

Any suggestions?

Did you check the FPDM in the trunk?

I haven't checked the fpdm. Whats it do? Can we put some jumper wires on it and bypass it?

Found the problem. A ground wire was messed up inside the fpdm
