Who bought theirs new and still own it?

Bought my 2007 GT brand new off the dealers lot in August 2007. It just now has hit 21,000 on the odometer from mostly weekend "fun" driving. During the week it lives a pampered life under a cover in my garage.

I bought my 4.0 in December of 06. Had 4 miles on it when I test drove it. Hardly drove it the first month. Snowed 2 feet 2 days after I bought it, 2 weeks later it snowed another foot.
The car developed "The Thunk" (upper strut mounts)
After numerous letters to Ford Customer Service, Ford Management and the dealer I received an email from a Ford Engineer and he Fed Ex'd replacement upper strut mounts to my dealer and the thunk was fixed in June 07. Both struts and 1 shock were leaking, so all 4 were replaced under warranty.
After the warranty expired the Auto shifter broke (sliding dust shield) and the alternator crapped out.
I'm at 53K miles and she's running fine.

Bought mine 7/31/09, it was built 7/30/08, and I barely have time to enjoy it. 4600 miles sitting under the cover in the garage. Silver GT Premimum 5speed. Stole the car when i bought it. It stickered for 33 and some change after discount and rebates i got it for 24,700 plus tax. The 2010's were already out and they were wanting to move it, and i really didn't care for the '10s anyway. It had 21 miles on it. The owner of the dealership lived nearby and drove it home occasionally.

I bought my 2005 v-6 sight unseen off the internet at a Ford dealer about 100 miles away from me. I was searching for what options I wanted and they had one on the lot. My local dealer was giving me the run around.
Still stock and it has about 95,000 miles on it.

You should be at the dealer instead of posting on here. You know how quickly women can change their mind?

06 GT, bought new with 55 miles on it. Have 103k on it. Clear coat peeled on back bumper. Hood is peeling and flaking off. Front bumper clear is bubbling.
I can't really complain, only things I've done is alternator, and the trans seal was leaking. Sure many interior things broke, but it's a Mustang it's to be expected.
I've never changed any fluids in the car except the oil every 15k or so.
I should probably tune it up, but the dealership wanted $500 and I'm too busy to do it myself.
I still love the car, I beat the crap out of it every day driving to work. I see these new stangs and could only imagine how much better than are than mine, but mine has been paid off for 5 years!!!!!! I hoping to get 2 more years out of it.

I remember this thread. Its a good one to see how many people still have theirs when they bought new. I still have my 07 that i bought new. About every stock part on my car has been replaced with something better.
