Default 2008 Mustang Gt

Its been a long time since I have owned my own mustang and was looking at getting another one. Its been along time since I have enjoyed owning one and was wondering if I could get some feedback on a 2008 ford mustang Gt deluxe asking 16,998 with 38,000 miles. Thanks

There is a few if you check the TSBs.... Just to name off the top of my head 2005 and early 2006 the gauge cluster stepper motors die.

I ended up going with a 2010 Mustang GT Premium, it has 16,000 miles and I got it for $20,800. I uploaded a photo in my profile.

$17k for an '08 deluxe isn't a BAD price but you could certainly do better. The deluxe is actually the base.

Find out the build date of the car.

Before October 2007 build date (as found on the door) you had two piece plugs in the head. Those can be problematic to replace on older cars if they have not been serviced before.

Newer cars (November 07+) have revised heads with new one piece plugs.

Or, look at the ignition coils under the hood, Brown is Good, black is bad.
