I mean, if it was just the ticking that'd be one thing, but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be surging. My friend's Dan Gurney Saleen doesn't do it, not my friend's Bullit, or my other friend's Saleen, or my other friend's 4.0. There has to be a way to fix it. I'm going to get under a bay and see what I can investigate.

You never mentioned it surging before... That could be tune related.

Yeah it'll drop from 500-400 or on my race tune 600-500. It's not tune related, I'd been running a Roush calibrated conservative tune and now I'm running BAMA tunes and it still does it. Sorry I forgot to mention that, that's why I think its timing chain related.

With regard to the idle changes, have you cleaned the TB?

Yup. Actually rebuilt it a week ago and changed the TPS.
