You could give me the $10k to supercharge my 2010 GT so I can keep up with your 2013 5.0 )

Hopefully the 2015 will be at the LA Auto Show in November. Crossing my fingers. That way I can make a definite decision on which route I'm taking.

$40k probably ball park when I see low mile 2007 and 2008s for $32-34k. You know 2010 and earlier GT500s have a cast iron block, the car is substantially heavier than a standard GT / 5.0.

Many Shelby's seem to be garage queens so you have plenty of time to buy a nice one, the real question is will there be another Shelby mustang in the upcoming generation? If so, they will depreciate faster than your car. If not, who knows.

I would just keep saving. Wait until the 2015's get here and see what options you have then. Maybe by that time some 2013 GT500's will be on the used market, and you will have more money in your pocket! You might want to go for a 2015! It probably won't be a mistake if you wait! I do love my 08 GT500 tho! Good luck with it all!

2015 unveiling is scheduled for April....at the MCA 50th show.

I keep watching for the right deal for trading the '11 GT/CS....one of those things where I will know it when I see it but cannot tell you what it would be except a GT500.
