The only way I wouldn't have chased down that sonofabitch is if my car had been damaged beyond drivability.

I can send original pics which may be better for photo shop than what was posted on photobucket.

Let me know your email address via PM, however from what I played with in MS Photo Mgr, it will be tough.

The guy zipped away from me fairly quickly in parking lot and then took a while to finally exit the parking lot. If I knew how much time I would have had at that point, I would have taken my time to fix the camera settings instead of rushing through it with no results. In the video, you can see me sidestepping out of the way once his reverse lights come on.

I have only had my new GS4 for 5 weeks and the camera is much less intuitive than my iphone. I guess you should always make sure your flash is set to auto just in case.

I wanted to move my car 10 yards to get it out of the way obstructing three lanes of traffic. I assume the fuel pump automatically cut off as car wouldn't start, I briefly tried finding the switch to turn it back on, but when I saw my front left wheel I knew the car wasn't moving 10 yards much less giving chase.

Hopefully get the estimate tomorrow. I am going to guess $8k which should easily avoid it being totaled.

Be sure to tell your insurance company that you were injured. You might have coverage for medical expense and pain and suffering on your policy if it contains coverage for uninsured motorists. It doesn't hurt to ask. Good luck.
