Default Over Axle Pipes

Getting ready to pull the trigger on some ARH 1 7/8' LT's, Should I bother picking up a new set of 3" Over axle pipes? I had previously just placed an Axle Back on...Not sure how much of a difference the Over Axles would make.

You mean should you get a new set of 3" axle backs? I don't see why if you just put some on there.... Maybe I'm just reading your question wrong.

I wouldnt touch the pipe from over axle, i dont see where the difference would be if you already have borla muffler and a xpipe a buy farther, youll like the ARH, good product, i run it with a catted xpipe and stock exhaust, sound great when you step on it, still not sure which muffler to throw on to get it a bit more agressiv, cops over here get crazy over aftermarket logo'ed muffler so i might just go with the shelby muffler from AM that indicAte Ford on them. id love a borla tho

I wouldn't swap them out unless you were making some big power (over 700ish wheel) and were planning on going with full 3" exhaust. If your mid-pipe is 2.5" or muffler connecting pipe is 2.5" you will not see a real benefit.

Was referring to the pipes between your mid pipe and axle backs. Its the set of pipes that comes with a cat back system. There called over axle pipes.
