Default lt or cams?

I know they run hand in hand but with the mods I have what should I do. I am at a toss up they are close to the same price and same goes for install. I know lts would make the car louder but that im not concerned with nor am I with emissions im in a emissions free area. But what should I do what would net me the most gain or bang for the buck. Ive always wanted both but kinda stuck after talking to the guy at the shop.

You won't get all the gains that the cams offer without the long tubes, so............

Long tubes first, then the cams... or ultimately both at the same time !

If you will get both eventually get long tubes first.
If only one ever...go with cams.

Tough choice. I think I'd do LT's first. No, wait... I'd do cams first. No, wait...

As a starting mod I think longtubes would be better from a driveability standpoint. I know I love mine, and I don't have the rumpity idle but damn do they sound good.

I started to reply last night, but as with everyone else, I couldn't decide. I think I'd do cams personally because I think the gain with either by themselves would be roughly the same, and you just can't deny it doesn't sound awesome. But LTs may be a "better" first choice though.... hard to say. It's close enough that you should just pick whichever you want.

You're not seeing the full potential of the mods you have without LT's, and you definitely won't see the full potential of cams without them. My .02, go with the LT's first, let the engine breathe before you throw cams in and choke it even more.

^^^this^^^ if you plan on getting the tubes and cams within a short amount of time, then do the tubes first. If you're only getting one and sticking with it for a while, then do cams.
