Default I too have joined the Crash Club (with pics)

It happened Friday afternoon on a left turn, but not all is lost. We have the insurance. We can rebuild it.

Ok guys this was my first ever serious crash so I'm not sure how this all works. I'd rather upgrade than replace so I'm going to try to cut a deal with the insurance/collision repair people and possibly end up with some pretty cool aftermarket parts.

As you can see I am in need of a new bumper, headlight, turn signals, grill, and side fender. I was wondering if anyone had particularly positive or negative reviews/experiences of these?:

Not sure on status of hood yet.

Sorry bout the wreck man, but your car looks like it held up surprisingly well. Can't really say I've had experience with any of those, but I can tell it all looks good to me except those last quarter panels, those are atrocious...

Yeah I'm actually quite surprised it's all cosmetic besides an already suspicious radiator.

And how funny, I thought the very last set of quarter panels was the safest thing I put up!

Glad you are ok. I too am surprised how well they hold together in a collision.

That's a bummer! Good luck with the rebuild. Personally, don't really know about the parts in question.

I've also seen a kit out there that upgrades the front side fenders. It has functional scoops and costs around $1200... that includes a new hood, and front and rear bumper. If you go to ford for repairs they are gonna charge the insurance company at least that just for 1 fender.

I was wrong: it was $850 for the whole kit: http://www.mrbodykit.com/index.php?m...oducts_id=1259

Sorry bout the accident bro....it sucks. You may want to consider the Roush front bumper. I just got one and its a seriously nice piece.

With the bumper you want you would have to buy the hood too, because its not the same
