I think it's perfect, 19s look at home on your car and the 255/45 tires also look great.

I have a buddy that has 30mm sidewall and IMO it hurts the ride a lot (especially when you hit those potholes), plus the proportions look a little off with his 18s.

The gap looks fine to me. On the color, you could always plastidip them before committing to something more permanent than paint. We made a mad dash from Denver to Vegas one day to buy a set of these same wheels and yesterday, I clipped a curb. Fortunately it just scuffed the side wall of the tire and not the wheel so Im glad my wife didnt kill me.
