found a weird scratch after washing, what should i do?

That's pretty serious. My guess is that it happened in a parking lot from a bike or curb/cement like some others have said. Even a hard hit from another car with a plastic bumper wouldn't gouge like that. Also, if it were ice it would be more likely to happen on the underside of the bumper. Not on the top of that lip where your damage is.

Read my statement again. The operative word is "MORE LIKELY". Not that it couldn't happen. Most ice is on the ground, so, it is more likely to occur on the lower side of a bumper. Everyone here is just speculating anyways, so that is my speculation.

I have some misc scratches like that on my car. I bought it used. Personally I don't mind my car not being perfect. It's like you can breath a sigh of relief now, not worry about keeping it perfect. IMO you should get some cleaner wax and buff it up as much as possible then maybe touch up paint. I would no way spend $ on getting it repainted.
