Can Ford Sync be added to Shaker?

I went that route before I got my aux jack and it was a pain getting a frequency that worked throughout my commute. If you're okay with its imperfections, then it is a fast and cheap fix. But if you're like me and get annoyed by micromanaging it, then it'll eventually end up in the garbage and you'll go to the better quality, more involved, option.
This time trying to avoid that though. Anybody have suggestions?

Sorry, Spartan - I live in Podunk, IN. (3rd largest city, actually...but even still it wasn't difficult to find a frequency that works all over town.)
...I had not considered how different things might be in a bigger city, but I can picture the frustration I'd experience if there were more radio station options than tractors I pass on the way to work.

Your easiest, cheapest bet is it get a new rAdio with the Bluetooth in it. You can get radios that look pretty stock nowadays checkout crutchfield.com for fitment. Pioneer has always been high on my list

I have an '07 Mustang and I have an '08 head out of a Sable in there now. I have added the SYNC and also a '13 strg wheel from a Boss w.SYNC buttons. You have to add 4 wires to the back of the radio plugs to make the strg wheel controls work. The head itself, was a perfect plug and play, even though I was told it wouldn't work by others. It was a perfectly simple, plug and play, install. Everything worked, except SYNC, which wasn't installed right then. I added the SYNC, and it came from a kit sold on eBay.
9R3Z-14D212-A is the kit and can be found on eBay for under $65, new. It has a list price of over $600 from Ford, so it is quite a steal at $65 or less. It will NOT work with heads prior to 8* start number. The 9 series numbered head is perfect, IF you can find one cheap enough. The one I used was 8G1Z-EA. The reason they don't actually fit our '07s and back is that Ford didn't add the necessary wiring to the pre-08's, just like ambient lighting until 2008 Mustang models.
