which tires do you have?

usually a bad wheel bearing will get louder when you're turning left/right, not quieter. Believe me, I had an SRT-4; I know what bad wheel bearings sound like

I also swerve it left and right while driving but the noise does not go away nor does it get quieter.

I found a video that has the sound I'm talking about below, it starts at 5:14, that "wom wom wom" sound. Does your '13 GT sound like that driving?
Don't have a '13 GT, but tires will do that, all it takes is a wear pattern to start because of a small imbalance that is tolerated or simply not felt (rear axle maybe and then get rotated to front) and it usually never reverses itself, but can be re-balanced and put on rear and may then be less noticeable. You can try rotating the suspected tire with another and see if noise goes with it.

a wom wom wom sound is usually a tire issue as a bad part/patch of the tire comes around and makes contact with the road surface. A bad bearing would be constant noise, not wom wom wom. 40-60 mph is the harmonic frequency of most tires...meaning, if you have an imbalance problem it should show up at those speeds.

Check out the front tires and rotate them. When you have them off the car, be sure to roll them to see if you find any flat spots or spots where the tread doesn't look right. that will be the culprit.

It might be the tire wear, front tires are wearing more in the inside compare to the outside tread. My alignment is within spec for camber and toe, dont know why its not wearing evenly. If its the tire wear noise why would wom wom wom noise come only from the driver front area? engine noise? Thanks everyone for helping

Ride it the trunk with someone else driving and see if the
woooom wooommm wooommm is there as well??

I see it as being tires or road surface noise.

it's possible that only that tire is having issues.

Rotate the tires, see if the sound moves. If it does, then wherever the tire moved to that the sound followed, it's that tire. If it doesn't, then worn suspension or bad alignment is the next possible culprit.

Bad suspension (struts or strut mounts) causes cupping of the tires. If it's bad enough, the tire will bounce as it rotates at 40-60 mph you would also get a wom sound.

All it takes is a bit of dynamic imbalance (not same as static imbalance) or even occasionally, a bad tire.
