2014 pricing

For example my 2014 GT Premium Automatic with 401A package, Comfort Package, Rear View camera, and Premium 18" wheels was $36302 before rebates tax and title (those were like $2300). That's $430 above invoice. That was the best I could get from them but still way better than anything locally. After applying the 4K in rebates the final price was $32302 which is below invoice.

Anyone know of any dealers in the OH, IN or MI area that would come close to matching the prices I found advertised at a place in VA? Their prices are crazy cheap (if legit). Base GT's for just over 23k, but I think I want at least the Recaro seats and can't seem to find any without the track pack. I thought a mostly base model would be ok with me, but the more I search I think I would really like the track app and ambient lighting and possibly the leather seats if I can't get the Recaros. The base stereo isn't a big deal as you can always upgrade that. But not sure that that stuff is worth a 4k price jump and most likely out of my range as I'm sure I'm going to be at least 2k upside down on my trade. They do have a premium black gt with white leather for just over 27k that looks awesome, but like I said just a little too much unless I could somehow get rid of my car for really close to what I owe. I just can't see driving 7 hours to check them out unless I knew I could get about the same payment as I have now and I know from experience a dealer any more than an hour away is a pain if anything goes wrong with your car and they always do.

The Amex Program price here in California is $900 under invoice, so I was able to get a bit more off of that...I'm not sure if Amex has a national standard. I suspect if I waited until end of month I may have been able to grind a few more dollars off the price. In So. Cal there are a ton of Ford Dealers, so I was able to get internet quotes from dealers in San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles. The amount of competition in a local market makes a big difference.
BMW is a good example of this, on the BMW boards folks are always complaining about how they want comparable pricing to what we can grind out in California. Good Luck.

The dealers around here are really dealing on Mustangs. They really aren't wanting to have those '14s sitting next to the '15s.
I just picked up a six-speed California Special with Nav for $34k. When I was looking at them in November they were still $39-40k. The dealership had a Race Red completely base 5.0 for $25k right beside it. The closer it gets to the 15s hitting the lots the better the deals are going to be, but watch out or you'll miss having a good selection of inventory.

When will the 2015's be hitting the dealerships, I'm guessing early summer? I'm also wondering how much more they can drop prices. The dealers in the midwest don't seem to be discounting like they are on the coasts and the south. Heck, they still want more for used 2013's than new ones in other parts of the country. Of course I'm going by advertised price. I wonder how much they would be willing to negotiate to get a sale? It would be nice if they would match the lowest priced dealer I could find so I could get one fairly local. What sucks is I don't think I have much leverage on my trade at the moment until I get it fixed and maybe 2-3 more payments would help to get closer to what the trade in value is, but like Tanner said, there may not be too many left with the options or color you prefer at that time.
