I will hopefully be picking the car up today. I'm waiting for the bank to finish finalizing everything so I can go pick up my check and go get my new car lol. I would say the hard part is done now that basically everything is done but I have to say, waiting is certainly the hardest part. I'm getting extremely excited and I have already got a list of mods lined up. I will post up some pics of it as soon as I get the car as well as after I get it paint corrected.
Well my banked dilly dallied around to long finishing everything and the guy sold the car out from under me.
Sounds like the bank messed, the seller messed up, and you messed up.
Bank needed to get this done in a timely fashion, the seller needed to honor his word if he agreed to sell, and you needed to give him a deposit while the paperwork was being finalized.
I have friends who would say it just wasn't meant to be, and the Mustang you're meant to own will find it's way to you.

Yea, as it turns out I don't think it was meant to be. I found this car early this morning and went to look at it. Turned out to be in much better shape, almost 30k less miles (68k vs 92k) for only about $2500 more. This is what I got
