Default Shelby Front Bumper
can I put a Shelby front bumper my 08 gt, without the Shelby GT500 Front Fascia Conversion Kit, if so what do I need, other than the grills and fog lights

You will need the headlights and brackets and some minor trimming

I have a conversion thread made up

But by changing the front bumper, you pretty much are getting involved in the conversion.

+1, you pretty much have to change everything the conversion kit comes with to get it done.

i found a shelby complete front end for $1200, is that good price? i would need to get it painted because it red.

Yeah if it comes with everything....Headlights, etc.
