Default 07 GT throwing codes quite a few problems

Well my car is acting up again, just before I put it away I took it to the stealership because a spark plug had shot out of the cylinder now I pull it out of storage to have more problems lol

Code P0012 - camshaft position timing over retarded bank 1
Code P0021 - Intake A camshaft position timing over advance bank 2
Code P0011 - Intake A camshaft position timing over advance bank 1
Code P0022 - Camshaft position timing over retarded
Code P0300 - Multiple Cylinder misfire
Code P0303 - Cylinder 3 misfire
Code P0305 - Cylinder 5 misfire

Lets see what the stealership has to say about this and if it's covered under my warranty like my spark plug problem were not

Well I'm dropping the car off tomorrow, people at the dealership seem to think its a cam phaser problem, still personally pretty new to these s197 cars so I'm learning things as I go besides this problem and the spark plugs being a problem is there anything else I should expect to go wrong with this car?

Possible water leak onto the smart junction box and thru the cabin air filter. Search for info as there are tons of posts.

cam position sensor codes are usually a bad alternator. Look into that too.

Well judging by the way the car was running I would say a lot more is wrong than just the alternator

There's a TSB on the water leak issue and it was very prevalent in '05 and '06 but also in 07's and even a few 08's. My '07 GT has it. You'll find wet carpet by the passenger kick panel and sometimes standing water under the floor mat at the low spot on the floor just under the right side of the passenger seat, IF you have the leak and it has recently rained. But I suspect from your issue description that it's not the SJB. I'd lean more towards the cam sensor but also the possibility of the alternator. The charging systems and OE batteries are a chronic weak link and have been known to cause odd codes (as well as the water leak would once the SJB connections start to corrode).

My crank position sensor was causing multiple cylinder misfires, replaced that and fixed everything, different engine though

I just posted a thread earlier because I had this leak problem today. I figured I might as well remind people to check out theirs before it's too late and water gets in. What happens is, there is a rubber grommet locate under the windshield cowl that drains water. Stupidly, Ford decided to locate the cabin air filter in this water well and when the grommet clogs, you get like 5" of water in there and it goes through the filter and into you car sometimes messing up electronics.

Here's the link for a guide to fix it. Takes like 20 minutes with nothing but a screw driver. http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-foru...stangs.840839/
