i have had the same trouble..these cars need to have perfectly balanced wheels..
i have had mine balanced 3 times in the last 4 months..each time they went slightly out..on any other car this isnt a problem..on these it is..

That doesn't really make sense though, I don't see how anything on my car could affect the way aftermarket wheels and tires work.

You sure it's not just cold tires and you are feeling it translate through the steering wheel? I run NT555s and even when my car just sits overnight (12hrs or so) I get a little wheel shake until I drive it and warm up the tires. Just a byproduct of stiff suspension and tight steering plus wide wheels.

It's definitely not that. On paper, they're going out of balance.

I dont understand how a set of tires can keep going out of balance. If the tires arnt spinning on the rims and the wheel weights arent moving or being thrown. You either got some terribly bad tires or some out of round rims. You sure that the rims are getting mounted properly?? Been driving and racing cars for 20+ years and never have heard anyone have as many tire issues as you are. Gotta be something going on. Know anyone else locally with a mustang you can try swapping Tires and rims with?? Ever consider trying Dyna Beads??

Almost sounds like something floating loose inside the tire.

Rough roads with potholes can be hard on tire balance.

Might see if a shop has some used tires to try for a week.....

How much out of balance by the weight amount is it.....or do the weights have to be moved to a new location each time.

Very hard to say no weights lost unless records of amount and location are kept......especially on clean wheels.

Belt separation could give the "appearance" of tires constantly needing rebalance. What tire pressure are you using? Too much pressure can certainly unbalance tires on a rough roads.

After reading through most of this I would have to say it's going to be something else besides a tire/wheel.

Check the rear axle and front hub bearings and flanges for damage or runout. I work on crown vics for a living and the troopers make HARD turns and occasionally impact things. I've had many do what you describe with a bad rear wheel bearing or flange. You can pm me if you need any advice on how to. You have to trust diagnostics each step of the way and dig deeper. There are no voodoo problems but some you have to go below the surface to fix.

I've been through this nightmare... I went through 3 "road force" balances until I found a place who actually knew what the hell they were doing. If you have a popular wheel/tire shop in town that specializes in the "22's and betta" type of deal, they may be worth checking out for a balance. Also make sure your tpms sensors have not come off the bands! That was one of the main problems with mine.
