Yep, i still got it. Thinking about making it a race car and getting something else to drive to work.

For anyone with a 05-06 that wants to install this kit, get one of these to drill the pilot holes and I used it to screw in the screws.

You'll need a shortie hex type drill bit to work with it.

Looks like the 3rd times the charm for tightening these brake line fittings. No leaks today. You really have to mount it to the fender to properly tighten the fittings.

Looks like I spoke to soon. The pre-bent line between the master cylinder and solenoid is leaking at the solenoid fitting. I'm not sure if I should try and crank it down tighter or loosen it and readjust the line. the flare is likely deformed all ready. I have a few threads still showing, so I could really crush it if I wanted to, but at some point something is likely to break.

I knew I should have left the brakes alone after my first line lock experience.

I think I got them all sorted, except the line going into the abs block. It was slightly off center when I tightened it. I pulled it straight while it was still tight and I'm going to loosen it a bit and then crank that mother down.

I made a little short video today in the drive way. 1st gear only and I forgot to shut off the stupid traction control for the first second or two. These yokohamas smoke good for only doing 20ish mph.

I just pulled the front wheel off and drilled through the outside in.

The first one I did I bought the right angle drill adapter and it was a bitch. Then while finishing the first install, I took the wheel off to do something and realized it was easier. Second install was much easier.

I thought about drilling from the wheel well, but I was still going to have to buy something, because my drill was never going to fit in there with the spring in the way. A drill bit extension would have worked.

The right angle adapter was easy on my car with my big bulky dewalts electric drill.

My biggest regret is not cutting the damn stock line. Just cut it people!

Yeah, I agree. Just cut it.

I took the spring out. Just takes a few minutes.

fitting finally stopped leaking after tightening it as far as it would go. I moved the switch next to the shifter and will get a cover just in case I have a curious passenger.
