Default SCT Tune question

Ok, I have the Brenspeed 93 octane tune on my mustang. The tune including turning the rear two o2 sensors off. I just went to get the car echecked and it rejected the test. I called Brenspeed and they said that they will email me a new custom tune to turn the o2's back on. They sent me the tune and I have to download it to the SCT tuner. When I did this I didn't rename the tune it went under the original 93 octane tune. Is that ok or did I mess up my original tune. I did this today so I couldn't call brenspeed. They won't be open until Monday. Do you think the o2 tune just got added to the 93 octane tune.

Called Brenspeed and said that it would not mess up original tune. They said to download it again on the tuner and rename it. Did that today, but haven't had a chance to drive car due to weather.

Drove car for about 25 minutes, and put 30 miles on it. The P1000 code is still showing up. Any idea how to fix that. Do I need to drive the car for a longer time?

P1000 comes up when you scan for codes. You need to drive it more and don't hook up the device again until you go to emissions.

I have the brenspeed 93 octane tune in my 07. My car won't pass inspection with the tune loaded, so a week before I take the car in, I re-load the original tune and drive it, have it pass inspection, and then reload the 93 tune. Yes, it is a pain, but Brenspeed told me that weren't sure what was causing it to fail (rear O2 sensors are on), and to avoid going to the inspection station countless times, I just unload and reload the tune.

Thanks, Breenspeed told me that loading my stock tune could damage my engine. I have an 06 saleen with their stage 3 corvette killer package installed. I guess I will drive the car again for 25 to 30 miles and see what happens. I'm taking the car to Brenspeed on June 5th for Detroit rocker cam install. Hopefully the problem will be resolved by then.

Drove car a couple of days ago with the 93 octane tune installed and o2 turned on. Drove about 50 miles. Did not turn car off and went right to e check. It passed with no issues.
