They've got meds for that, and unless you have crappy insurance, they're likely cheaper than over-maintaining your car.

Mine developed a clunk about 30K miles, the rubber bushings in the rear sway bars were shot.
I looked at this as a good time to upgrade front and rear sway bars and rear control arms. It improved the handling and was a pretty easy mod. Other than the stuff already listed, no other problems.
