I had that exact car, but supercharged it. You will love the red leather, I always got compliments on it. It's a decent price...I don't think I would pay that much for a 2006 wiht 92K on it. Looks clean though. There are lots of options to make it yours, it looks like the original owner kept it pretty much stock.

Went to kbb.com anywhere from $10,924 to $12,200 depending on condition of car. Start lower then hopefully you'll meet in the middle.

Only you can make that decision on whether you want to spend that money or not, but it seems a fair price but like someone else has said start lower and see what happens.
