Alternator Output Ratings

Alternator Output Ratings
Does anyone have a clue as to how PA Performance comes up with its alternator output ratings? Our cars use the 6G alternator. The chart I found in a Mustang Monthly magazine article and also on the PA Performance website pertains to the 3G alternator, but I would think the idea would be the same.
The chart includes a comparison of the 130-amp and 200-amp alternators. At no engine rpm listed in the chart is there a 70 amp difference between the two alternators. It averages maybe half that. As a couple of examples, at 2000 rpm the 130-amp alternator can put out 156 amps, while the 200-amp alternator can put out 187 amps. At 3000 rpm it is 181 compared to 207.
I am aware that there are at least two industry standards, each of which can give different output numbers.
I can't understand how the same company can come up with such different results from the advertised difference between the two alternators.
