Drove by local dealership today and saw 5 black 2 silver 1 white and 1 race red. Not sure of each specific options or if GT/v6 but all were automatic. If color and specific options are not a big factor, yes, deals may be had on 2014s. I was particular and would not be able to get mine today regardless of $.

Wait (if you can) till there are a few 2015's on the lot and I bet that 14' will drop down quite a bit.

OP - what are you going to do based on feedback from us here? Are you seriously considering options? Any decision?

Thanks for the replies.

I am not sure what I am going to do. I am really particular about the car I want so if this doesn't work out I'll probally wait and see what kind of refresh they do in a few years.

What has got me tempted is that the 401A interiors are pretty rare. My old '10 stang (see pic) had the same exact interioir and I absolutley loved it but when looking around lately all I see is hundreds of 300a's and 400a's.

Concerning pricing, I know I have some leverage bc I have seen the same 4 'stangs sitting on their lot for a couple of months, one of them is a nice convertable GT/CS that I know has been there at least 3 months. I am hoping that they really want to sell one even if it is one that they literally just got off the truck.

SirDrums

Local dealer still has a NEW 2013 GT Premium for $31k

I think that's a little high personally.

Anyone recently got a new 2014 V6 premium? Wondering if I do have change to drive it out by $20,000 ~ $21,000... 2 dealers seem to be cold when I propose this offers.
Also could someone help advise how much and where should I get a reverse sensor/camera? From Ford? And do you recommend the Pony package? Thanks a bunch!

I picked up my 2014 CS/GT about 2 months ago and I got almost 9000 in rebates when I purchased.

Really? Thats interesting, my local Ford dealer told me there was no rebates or incentives on the 14 mustangs.

My local dealer pisses me off.

I heard discounts and incentives can vary in different parts of the country. All I know is sticker price on my car was 41 something and I paid 31 something for it. They also did a dealer trade, and the original vehicle they were suppose to get me, was no longer available, but since the agreement was allready made they found this vehicle which was more expensive and they honored the original agreed price as well. Some dealers seem to go above and beyond to make a deal and some dont.
