Maybe an odd request
Hi,
For some reason it feels like my shifter is sitting too high. Is it possible for somebody to measure from the console to the top of the shift **** if you have stock shifter.
I tried twisting down the **** more but it's pretty tight, and I'm afraid to force it. I supposedly bought an OEM shift **** and I'm curious if maybe it's a fake. Shift height would probably be a giveaway.

I typed in a search on autotrader to look at a bunch of other manual 05-09 S197's using a KY zip code...results below:

You can take a look at several others, and it looks like its about average with a couple that look lower.
dammit, the link FUBARd..
try copy/paste or do a search yourself.
