This Car is Actually Embarrassing Me

Also, when the car is up on the lift getting her oil changed, take a squirt bottle filled with RuGlyde (earliest containers I've seen are marked Gulf, available all over the net and at Napa and Pep Boys in different labels, but RuGlyde is all same .... an industry standard rubber lube since maybe the '30s .... but I've only used it since the '60s myself) and spray the various rubber bushings and hangers as you inspect them.

It ain't just for mounting tires .... it's great for lubricating and preserving rubber thus killing squeaks and is a great tire dressing if applied sparingly (open lid, hold old tee shirt to opening, get wet, wipe on tire for no overspray on wheels).
It's all that's good for rubber .... that Armorall ain't so much.

I feel for you, my 07 made all sorts of noises that I would get a lot of crap for. As it creeped up past 70k miles it kept getting worse. Internal squeaks, external squeaks, they seemed to come from everywhere. I loved that car but man was it noisy. I wish I could offer some tips to help you correct them but I don't know enough to offer anything of value. Best of luck!
