I've done some porting and polishing on carb internals for my 12a rotary (3 sterling modified nikki carbs). I could easily port and polish it for better flow but the question is would it be worth it? Opinions? Well, not port, but hone rather I guess.

Well, the ford racing 62mm throttle body has polished bores... you'd think getting rid of the roughness of the stock cast bores should give some benefit.
I paid $120 for a stock throttle body that had a job done to it by Jerry Stranigan. It did add throttle response, not sure about power though. It doesn't hurt for sure.
