I don't doubt it. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who didn't get that option, but they are out there. Few and far between though.

Unfortunately at least for the past year in my area I have seen about 6 Bosses come up for sale, all in the 40k range. Some dealers still want 46k for a used LS.

I hope you get what you want and love it. Back in '12 it was either a Boss 302 or getting a GT Convertible, loaded up for a little more. Sometimes I think I should have gotten a Boss, but considering the miles I put on my GT, and the convertible factor, it would have been nice to just have both.

There's also that depreciatation. My GT has 36k on it now, and I'd be lucky to get more than 26k for it, and it originally stickered at 45k

Kinda agree with Danielle...
And unless you really want owning the name "BOSS", you can make your own out of a GT that already has the Brembo option without shelling all that dough for the name.
Weight out the options and go with the smartest move...

I think u would be better served just buying a gt then adding the parts to make it your own boss. I doubt those cars will hold value and will likely not hold just like the gt500 don't hold much value.

If I could swing it I would own a Boss. Saw a school bus yellow one pass me the other day and my wife said how come yours doesn't sound like that? That ruined my day lol.
Guess I'll have to take that as a challenge and do something about it.

Saw a 2015 driving around my town with Michigan dealer plates, fangirled like a tween that had just seen Bieber, it was in the deep red, forget the name, I had seen some pictures and some looked good and others not so much but in person I had a crisis.

The Boss 302's are holding value fairly well right now, just look at the high resale prices on used Boss 302's on Autotrader. Also, there are a lot fewer Boss's than GT500's!!!

Appreciate the info and advice all.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger on it. It was either this or the 2015, and I didn't want to get the new car depreciation hit, and didn't want to wait for the used market to come up with something I want. It's entirely possible that once the 2015s hit the used market I'll sell this and get one, but for now, I'm pumped about the Boss. I looked around and within 500 miles there were like 4-5 for sale, and I think only three were 2013. There were two somewhat close, a white one and grabber blue. As it turns out, the white one for about 1500 less had been in an accident (didn't know that until about 5 mins ago via another forum). So I got the grabber blue within 500 bucks of where I wanted the price to be, so I pulled the trigger. The others within 500 miles were being sold at 41-42k (almost original MSRP) not saying they're goin for that, but at the price I paid I'm comfortable with it.

Congratulations on your Boss! I think you made the right choice. The Boss 302 was listed in the March/April issue of R&T as one of the 51 coolest cars. The 2015 will be plentiful and will be the thing for a while, but over time, I think the Boss will be the car everyone wished they had bought back when they could.
