Acceptable dealership behavior?

Doesn't Ford send out surveys to owners when they take their vehicles in for service? or is it just something dealerships can choose to do?
I bought an F150 in 2013, I got a survey by email after purchase concerning my purchase experience and I've gotten surveys by email after the two times I've taken it in for service.

highly doubt any car can achieve 1.2g's accelleration on a street surface, more like .8 at best i think without slicks and a dragstrip
maybe it was from hard braking in reverse or something wierd like that, or being on the lift?

Sorry, you are correct about the g's from acceleration. I mis quoted on my orig post. It was around .6 which makes sense with your .8. I haven't been able to recreate the number with spirited on-ramp acceleration tho...

You will only get that high of acceleration from a stop, and without spinning the tires... so an onramp will most likely not get you there.
If you went to a drag strip you could get the .6 without too much trouble, but like it was said previously on the street it is going to be hard to match.

Why is it that this is becoming more frequent that people do not respect other peoples property. I have gotten so paranoid I wont let a dealership hardly look at it without me being able to see what they are doing. On my 07 my engine bay was filled with chrome pieces and painted parts right before I took it in to get looked at I always took pictures time and date stamped and checked on the way out.
Also, what can the dealer do to compensate you for what they did? Will you go back if they offered you something?
I wouldn't go back to the dealer that sold me mine for any amount of money. If I told you my story you would be completely horrified.
I have 0% trust for dealerships almost rate as low as bottom feeders politicians
