Will 245/45-19 tire and required larger wheel to accommodate that Michelin Pilot-Sport A/S 3 tire fit my son's 2013 3.7L v6 Mustand Coupe?

The 245/45-19 is 27.68" tall. I have 215/65/17's on my car, which is 28" tall. It will fit both front and rear without a problem.

That is the stock size on the GT/CS with a 19X8.5 wheel with 50mm offset.
The only thing you might need to do is put a set of steering stops in if it has the stock 17 inch wheels.
It is 12 bucks and 1/2 hour to install

And just for your information, any Stock mustang wheels from 2010-14 model years whether GT or V6 will fit.
