Default new exhaust set up.

so i have a 2008 gt500 with the bbk catted x pipe and borla catback Atak system. and it sounds like i have a harley now. when ever i get to 5k rpm it would sound like i have a motor cycle. is this about right with that set up? or did i set it up wrong? i was hoping for a more deeper sound type but still loud. this one sounds exactly like a harley.

An X-pipe tends to remove most of the low frequency content from your car's exhaust "note". It's a consequence of the "X" doing a better job of balancing the actual flows through the mufflers all the time than an "H" can.

Not sure about the "Harley" part, but you absolutely do lose the low rumble (that alternates back and forth between the two pipes if you're standing behind the car and are listening for this).
