You shouldn't have any issues. I've swapped mine around with and without cats and never had issues.

Generally speaking if you have high flow cats it probably wont throw a CEL

Most custom tunes have the rear sensors turned off so it does not matter. You can turn them off in your tuner if you want.

If you turn off the rear o2's then passing emissions becomes a problem.

As most have stated you may not need a tune. In order to gain the performance advantage from a new mid-pipe you will want a tune. Why bother making the change if you don't tune the car to take advantage of the increased flow? Its just a waste of time and money with no tune.

the reason i ask is because i have a bbk high flo cats x pipe in the car right now a long with my steeda CAI and a tune, but my CEL is been coming on so i took the CAI and put the car back in stock but i didn't want to take the bbk off the car while i let the computer go in to a cycle and see if the CEl comes back on. i'm just curious on what would happen to my 02 sensor if it has an after market mid pipes in there.
